Shipping

Orders will be fulfilled within 1-2 business days from the time of purchase, and will be shipped via Canada Post or UPS. You will receive an email or text notification, with tracking number, once your order ships.

Free local pickup is available from our home-based headquarters in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. You will receive an email or text notification once your order is ready for pickup.

In Canada, we charge a $15 CAD flat rate shipping fee. Free shipping is available on orders over $99 CAD before discounts and taxes.

For orders being sent to the United States of America, we charge a $16 USD flat rate shipping fee. Free shipping is available on orders over $75 USD before discounts and taxes.

For all other international orders, we charge a $25 CAD flat rate shipping fee.

All international customers outside of Canada are responsible for any import taxes, duties, VAT and/or customs clearing fees that may be charged at point of entry to your country.
